Description

Hi I am currently looking for a site to host a one day music festival next summer around the end of July/beginning of August in the Bedfordshire/ Hertfordshire area. Will be held on a Saturday. A field or small woodland away from residential areas would be ideal. Added bonus if have a premises licence and mains water but not essential. I have included a list of what we are looking to do below. Area 1- big top/stretch tent big enough to hold a small stage and our sound system. Music will be a mix of electronic dance music like house and drum and bass. Area 2- stretch tent. This area will be hosting an all day timetable of various things such as yoga classes, guided meditations, cacao ceremonies, etc. My friends will also have various stalls selling things you would see at mind body spirit fairs. Area 3- food vendors, bars selling alcohol. Me and my friends are all in our 40s and the crowds our smaller previous events attract are generally late 20s-40s. As this is out first event of this size we are looking to keep it an 18+ event but in the future we would like to open it up and have it as a more family event with dedicated areas for kids to play.
